Delivery
All our cowhide rugs and furniture items are individually photographed, which means the exact cowhide or furniture item you choose, will be the one you receive. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Standard UK shipping cost is £9.99. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of being placed (orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Monday). Delivery times are generally within 48 hours to arrive at your chosen address.
We can ship to International destinations, please enter the address details on the order page to see the calculated shipping costs and delivery details.
Return Policy
We offer an easy, no fuss return policy. If you are not happy with your item, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your item. This does not include the shipping cost. You will also be responsible for the cost of return delivery. Items must be returned as unused and in their original condition.
Please be aware, Real Cowhides are a genuine and natural product. Therefore it's possible they may have slight markings or imperfections due to this. If so, this should not be seen as a defect but rather as adding to the character of the hide, however if upon receiving your cowhide, you are not completely happy with it, simply return it to us within 14 days as described.
Upon receiving your returned item, refunds are generally issued with 7 days. Please include your name and address as well as the order number with any returns.
